Creative Library

What is a creative library?

The Creative Library serves as a centralized repository for managing all creative assets, including images, videos and audio files. It streamlines the creative workflow by:

  • Allowing easy bulk upload, storage, and categorization of assets.

  • Supporting tagging and metadata for quick search and retrieval.

  • Providing version control to track changes and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

  • Offering compatibility with ad specs for multiple platforms, ensuring creatives meet technical requirements.

Adding a new creative

  • Go to Creative Library in the side menu

  • Click on + Add New

  • Enter Creative name

    • Tip: Keep the naming consistent with asset file names to avoid confusion

  • Choose Format

    • Video = MP4 File

    • Video VAST = 3rd party tag such as DCM / Extreme Reach

    • Display = Static creatives (jpg/png / gif)

    • Display Tag = 3rd party tag such as HTML5 / DCM

  • Choose Advertiser

    • Find an advertiser in drop down

    • Select advertiser

  • Enter the Click URL

    • Tip: We recommend using UTM’s for Google Analytics

  • If format is Video or Display

    • Click on Upload Creative

    • Select files to be uploaded

      • Make sure creatives meet specs outlined Here

  • If format is Video VAST or Display Tag

    • Paste the tag into the text box

  • Click + Add 3rd Party Impression Pixel, if you have any

    • Paste the tracker code directly into the box

  • Click Create

    • Validation: Error message if any creative spec is not met

  • Set weights for each creative, if needed

    • Multiple creatives will run evenly as a Default

  • Set Start or End date for creatives, if needed

    • Default is Line Item start and end dates

    • Tip: Use this feature to automate and setup future swaps efficiently

  • Click Save

Activate / Deactivate Creatives

  1. Click on Toggle under Status

  2. Toggle ON (Green Color) or OFF (Grey Color)
