My Campaign Isn’t Running

If your campaign is not running or not showing up in the dashboard, that means it was either paused, deactivated or has some targeting issues stopping it from delivery.

Our Optimization team constantly monitors all campaigns running through our platform daily.

If you do not see your campaign in the dashboard and it should be live, try adjusting the filtration to the dates the campaign should be running. Also make sure you are viewing the right advertiser in the filters.
