This guide will help you place a small “tracking pixel” (a 1x1 invisible image) on your website. This pixel helps us measure campaign performance and audience activity. Don’t worry, it does not affect how your website looks or functions.
What You’ll Need
Access to your website editor or content management system (CMS), such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, etc.
The pixel code we provided you (looks like a short piece of HTML).
Step 1: Copy the Pixel Code
We will give you a short code snippet that looks like this:
<img src="https://cnv.event.prod.bidr.io/log/cnv?tag_id=731&buzz_key=ribeye&value=&segment_key=&account_id=4&order=[ORDER]&ord=[CACHEBUSTER]" height="0" width="0">
Copy the entire code exactly as it is.
Step 2: Paste the Pixel Code on Your Website
Log in to your website editor or CMS.
Go to the page(s) where you want the pixel to track (usually your homepage or a thank-you/confirmation page).
Open the page editor, and switch to HTML/code view (sometimes called “Custom Code” or “Embed Code”).
Paste the pixel code just before the closing </body> tag.
If you can’t find </body>, it’s safe to put it at the very bottom of the page content.
Step 3: Save & Publish
Save the changes and publish your site.
The pixel is now live. Visitors will not see it.
Step 4: Confirm It’s Working
Let us know once you’ve added the pixel.
We will verify that it is firing correctly on our side.
✅ That’s it! You don’t need to do anything else.
